Last weekend we took a trip to our friend's lake house in Wisconsin. It was so nice to be out of the city and amongst trees and to be able to see the stars at night. Oliver had an absolute blast running around outside. It was a momentous trip because Oliver got to ride on a boat for the very first time! We weren't planning on taking the boat out until our second day there. But Oliver caught a glimpse of the boat and was demanding that we take it out immediately. It is hard to refuse a little red head running around saying "boat" every five seconds. Oliver thoroughly enjoyed his first boat ride and was even allowed to drive and beep the horn.
