Last Day of Soccer

in the elevator on our way to our last practice

Doing the "soccer dance"

Taking a break from practice to pick clovers

Building "coney tower"

And knocking it over

Oliver had his last day of soccer last week, It made me come to the realization that Summer is almost gone. We had such a fun summer taking full advantage of everything the city has to offer.

Oliver has taken on some funny habits and traits. He is starting to become attached to objects. It is never the same object twice but he always has to have something with him (You can see him hanging on to his fire truck in the photos) . God forbid he drop the object in the street while in his stroller. You'd think that he'd lost a body part by his reaction. Oliver also insists on wearing blue pants everyday. Sometimes he is a little more specific and wants to wear "dark Blue Pants". Good thing we have a lot of blue bottoms! I don't know what we would do if he insisted on wearing purple pants!

Everyday with Oliver gets better and better. Eric and I are really enjoying this time and love hanging out with our little friend. Although he has been known to throw a tantrum or two, it is fun for the most part and we seem to have a lot more giggles than tears.
