I have built my world around you, loving you has made my life sweeter then ever!!

Today marks Oliver's 17th week, as well as our one year anniversary of finding out we were going to be parents!! Certainly a great year it's been, and can't wait for the years in the future. Soon after the day we found out, we had created this blog to share with all of you the days and steps leading up to Oliver's birth. Today, it's turned into a diary of Oliver's life, after being in Megan's tummy, and will be something that he can read when he gets older. Something also for Megan and I to look back on when he gets older, as well as the two of us, to remember the amazing times we're living today! Maybe, the blog will turn into Oliver's own words and photographs, to share with his friends and family. We'll have to wait and see!!
As Oliver is discovering more around him, his own body, his own voice, and emotions, soon to be taste buds, he's falling very well into his daily routine. We have talked about his daily bath that he loves, and could do for hours at-end, but he is now sleeping pretty well in his own room. Every morning, rain or shine at 6:45am-7am he's babbling for us to come get him and serve him his breakfast.
A funny little story, you know the noise that comes out of your lips when if you were to pucker your lips up for a big kiss, but then push a large amount of air through your lips, to make a brrrrrmmmm noise, where your lips are vibrating? Megan one night thought he might like that noise, and he did.. So, the next morning we woke up to him babbling at first, then through the speaker we hear him.... BBRRRRRRBBBBRRRMMMMMBMBMBMB, over and over... It was really cute, and funny!! So, not only in the early morning hours will we hear that, but also from time to time at 1am, 4am, and any other time he feels fit to do it.. Such a little lover!!
These are the days, to remember, and everyday! As I look past on the last year leading up to today, I'm really lucky to have Megan and Oliver in my life, on the worst and darkest days, they both bring so much light back into my life, I'm really fortunate to have both of them!!
