Touching The Window Of Our Soul...

It's been a long month for the three of us. First we started off going to Austin, then I went to VT, picked everyone up and headed to LA. It was nice to be back in our old stomping ground with Oliver. We didn't have time to go to Santa Barbara, but that will be another trip. Oliver loved LA, first he got to sleep in our bed. The hotel we stayed at didn't have a crib, so he slept in our big comfy bed, and he really likes to do that. Second, he loved all the attention he got everywhere Megan took him, and being in his Baby Bejorn just added to all the fun. Traveling isn't the easiest thing to do with a now 7 month old, but we do pretty well. We met up with Felicia, who lives in San Diego and came up to hang with little O. It was nice to see her for the few hours.
Yup, 7 months just last week!! Oliver has been able to pull himself up while sitting in his crib to kneeling of sorts. I hope he doesn't leap-frog crawling for walking. Megan has graduated Oliver from our Kitchen bath to a real bath tub. He loves being in a bigger more water holding tub, where he can actually play with the toys in the tub. Oliver has also been trying to get after Tuna. When Oliver is playing on the floor, and Tuna walks in, Oliver greets Tuna with a grunting sound, and then tries to lunge at him trying to grab him. We can't wait till he is able to play with Tuna, and pet him without pulling a clump of his hair out. Tuna is worming up to Oliver also, letting him pet and pull on him.
